We currently ship to most of Canada and are working to continue expanding our range!
Orders are shipped out on Monday/Tuesday for delivery on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday.
Orders are also shipped on Wednesday for delivery on Wednesdays (if you live in Metro Vancouver, the GTA or the City of Calgary).
Normally, it takes us roughly one week to prepare, pack, and ship out your order. Shipping times are provided as soon as your order is placed.
The best way to get an accurate estimate of your delivery date is to enter your address into the shipping section at the checkout screen. Not to worry, you are not obligated to purchase by doing so.
We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to help ensure your order arrives before the weekend comes.
Orders will be shipped through FedEx and Purolator depending on your postal code if you have a preference just let our Care Team know with an email to [email protected]!
All orders within these locations are shipped via a local courier company.

If the package spent over 3 days in transit, then we would not consider our Fresh Cooked Recipes to be safe to consume unfortunately. If your package arrived in 3 or less days from the shipping date, and the packages are thawing, no need to worry! With our packs, because we vacuum-seal them airtight before shipping, they are totally safe to be refrozen and fed. Any thawed or soft packages would be safe for feeding, as long as they feel cold to the touch (below 4 degrees C, like they just came out of the refrigerator).

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
